FLEXIBLE MANUFACTURING, BUILT AROUND YOUR NEEDS

Green Fox Manufacturing provides flexible airlay nonwoven production for established products, custom material development, and toll processing.

Whether you need a proven fiber-based product, support developing a new material, or a manufacturing partner to process your supplied inputs, we help move projects efficiently from concept to commercial production.

Green Fox Cormatex manufacturing

AIRLAY NONWOVEN TECHNOLOGY

Our Cormatex airlay nonwoven line uses aerodynamic web formation to efficiently process hemp, flax, cellulose, cotton, wood fiber, and custom blends. The platform supports high-throughput production of engineered nonwoven mats, pads, and panels for a broad range of applications.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Every project begins with fit. From there, Green Fox MFG helps determine the right manufacturing path based on your application, design ownership, material needs, and production goals.

1

Share Your Application

Tell us what you’re developing, the industry you serve, and the role sustainability or fiber-based materials need to play.

2

Define the Right Model

We help determine whether OEM, co-manufacturing, or toll processing is the right fit for your project and stage of development.

3

Review Manufacturing Fit

Together, we assess the required materials, processes, and production requirements.

4

Move Toward Production

Once scope and fit are aligned, we outline the next step toward pilot work, manufacturing, or long-term collaboration.

INDUSTRIES & APPLICATIONS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Green Fox is primarily focused on fiber-based materials and sustainable application opportunities. Depending on the product and use case, this may include hemp and other natural or recycled inputs. Our role is to help determine manufacturing fit, process alignment, and the right engagement structure for the product being developed or produced.
What type of specialized equipment does Green Fox use?

Green Fox operates a Cormatex nonwoven air lay machine used to process hemp and other fiber-based inputs into material applications for a range of end uses.

What kinds of materials are a fit?

Green Fox is best suited for fiber-based material applications, including hemp and other natural or recycled inputs, depending on project requirements.

Do I need a finished product design to start?

Not always. If you need product guidance and manufacturing expertise, an OEM engagement may be the right fit. If you already have specifications and need a manufacturer, co-manufacturing may be the better model.

Can Green Fox support custom requirements?

Yes, particularly within a co-manufacturing model where Green Fox is manufacturing to partner-defined specifications.
