FLEXIBLE MANUFACTURING, BUILT AROUND YOUR NEEDS
Green Fox Manufacturing provides flexible airlay nonwoven production for established products, custom material development, and toll processing.
Whether you need a proven fiber-based product, support developing a new material, or a manufacturing partner to process your supplied inputs, we help move projects efficiently from concept to commercial production.
AIRLAY NONWOVEN TECHNOLOGY
Our Cormatex airlay nonwoven line uses aerodynamic web formation to efficiently process hemp, flax, cellulose, cotton, wood fiber, and custom blends. The platform supports high-throughput production of engineered nonwoven mats, pads, and panels for a broad range of applications.
FLEXIBLE OPERATING MODEL
Green Fox Manufacturing supports partner projects through three primary engagement models.
Project structure, testing scope, and ownership responsibilities may vary depending on the engagement
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
Every project begins with fit. From there, Green Fox MFG helps determine the right manufacturing path based on your application, design ownership, material needs, and production goals.
Share Your Application
Tell us what you’re developing, the industry you serve, and the role sustainability or fiber-based materials need to play.
Define the Right Model
We help determine whether OEM, co-manufacturing, or toll processing is the right fit for your project and stage of development.
Review Manufacturing Fit
Together, we assess the required materials, processes, and production requirements.
Move Toward Production
Once scope and fit are aligned, we outline the next step toward pilot work, manufacturing, or long-term collaboration.
